Flash Me Friday - "My Hospital Room"

This isn't technically the Flash Me Friday of today, but I figured I would put up a couple shots of my hospital and the room that I call "The Hole". I always find it interesting how similar every hospital room in America looks, yet they seem so different :)

At least it's bigger than a bathroom on a cruise ship!


Not even sure what that pink bucket is...

Maybe next week I can throw up some pictures of my hospital room updated. My lovely wife went out and got some stuff to give this place more of a "home feel".

The pillows are paper thin!! I always bring mine in. I see you've tripled up on pillows. haha I think by making the pillows thicker maybe they'd save a little money. Its like buying cheap toilet paper. In the long run you have to use more so your not saving anything!! lol Those are my thoughts for the day. =)

Wow! It looks like you can fit your IV pole in the bathroom with you! That's amazing! Our toilet is separate from the shower. In order to be able to close the bathroom door for privacy I have to straddle the IV pole. That's how small the bathroom is! You've got the Ritz Carlton over there!

Wouldn't it be cheaper and more sanitary to just get slabs of marble and throw a sheet on it The chairs as well away they can just come in with a hose everyday and wash the room down with a hose as well as us???!!!! spend less time too..less time less money on housekeeping

Pink bucket is for bed bathing. :) I totally dislike hospital rooms unless they are on the labor/delivery floor. The new moms get better living space than the rest of the hospital. I am a germ freak about the bathrooms. Slippers are a must! Hospital beds are beyond uncomfortable. I think the same person who made high heel shoes made them. Just for laughs.
