Blessed with Cystic Fibrosis and a positive attitude, it is my duty and passion to show the cystic fibrosis community that anything is possible through this blog that discusses the daily trials and triumphs that accompany not only life, but a CF life. RSBR is a hub for comfort, information, advice, encouragement and understanding. Hi Ronnie! Not sure if you remember me it's been about 2 years since I worked at UMC! But I think about all of you ALOT! I moved to Colorado and started working at the Children's hospital in Denver but the drive was too much for me so now I work in the pulmonary lab. I really like what I do now but I MISS taking care of the CF patients! You are all amazing and I really enjoyed getting to know you all! I have been following your blog recently and LOVE it! Congrats on everything! Take Care!

Sorry to hear you are in the hole - but am sure it is better for you, Mandi and Peanut to do it now. I have just been at the Australia & New Zealand CF conference. They presented a lot of evidence that a higher BMI (even above 25) is associated with better FEV1. You might want to talk to your team about this. My problem now is how to get the weight on my 23yCF son (BMI 20) without the rest of us putting on too much!

My BMI is good and in fact, probably a little *too high :)
