Top Ten Favorite Candies

Before I get to my top ten favorite candies...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD!!!! Love you and thanks for reading this blog every day :)

These are in no particular order as it's almost impossible to decide...except for the top 3! Actually thought of this post after devouring my second favorite candy today.

Cherry Sours - I dig anything cherry, especially pies.
Chewy Sprees - Favorite are red or purple.

Hot Tamales - Recently cracked my top ten...bumped out Milk Duds.

Mini Chewy Sweet Tarts - You can get a big ol' box of these at Sam's Club...and we did...last week :)

Pumpkin Candy Corns - Love eating these while at the gym...don't ask me why.

Skittles - red and purple all day.

Starburst - If the bag only had pink ones I wouldn't be disappointed one bit.

3. Mike and Ike Original - I've eaten far too many boxes of these than I'd like to admit.

2. Conversation Hearts - I love it when Valentines Day is right around the corner!

1a. Brachs Jelly Beans - I go crazy on these things when I'm in the Hole...love the pink ones!

1b. Canadian Wintergreen Mints -  I've loved these since my Grandma gave them to me to keep me quite in church :)

no CFRD yet i take it? i was a gummy addict too until i got my CFRD diagnosis a couple years ago. it was honestly a really hard pill to swallow because i loved candy so much! i'm convinced my gummy candy consumption expedited the demise of my pancreas! personally, i'm a swedish fish, twizzler, haribo gummy bear and sweetarts kind of girl though :)

I was sent home about 10 years ago with a CFRD diagnosis, insulin and the whole kit. I decided to see if I could treat it with diet and exercise. Fortunately, it worked out in my favor.
Oh man, I agree with you about the Starbursts. I love them and I wish they had only pink ones!! Good list, though I've never even seen or heard of the Canada wintergreen mints

Do you have a CVS near you? They carry them!!
Thanks for the B-Day wishes........this is my favorite read of the day even before the Sports Page. :) Still can't believe there is nothing with peanut butter (Reese's Mini Peanut Butter Cups, Butterfinger) on the list. You did get your step-mom hooked on the Chewy Spree's while visiting though! Mckenna's 3 months and Poppy's a little older than that today!

Problem is, I get sick snacking on chocolate if I eat too much. I would put peanut M&M's up there though!
I had to LAUGH out LOUD!! My Grandpa ALWAYS gave us Canada wintergreen mints in church to keep us quiet!! Yeah, a bit surprised not a piece of chocolate has hit your list (although I did see the comment about Mild Duds - YUM!!)

Never been a big chocolate guy :)
Check @ WAG, CVS, Rite Aide, or whatever "drug store" you have in your neck of the woods for these little gems...........Starburst Fruit Chews FaveReds!

I agree with your dad, (Happy birthday Ronnie's Dad!). I'm a chocolate gal, reeses cups have got to be my favorite thing ever. I can make myself sick on them, too, but I don't care. I do like hot tamales, but they have to be mixed in with popcorn. <.< I'm a freak, I know, but the only time I get them is at the movies.

I'll have to try that...freak. :)
Wow Ronnie you have a sweet tooth! I loved twizzlers, nerds, and gummies. Now with CFRD I only get to have them when I have a sugar low. Yesterday, I had a sugar low and ate my nerds. Does Mandi share your sweet tooth?

Yes, yes she does :)
Have you tried Starburst jelly beans? Out of this world!

Those aren't bad at all! Problem is, if I'm going to have jelly beans, give me Brachs!!
