Hello, My name is Christopher, I was doing some research, because I just did a PFT, with less then satisfactory results... and I found your blog up lifting. I promise to be as bref as possible, I am currently working a Doctor and my U.S. Army Recruiter in obtaining a Medical waiver, they have granted me a wairver candidacy programe providing I stay med free for one year, which I have completed, and to present a PFT and a Methocholine Challenge Test to the brass taking care of my case, in the Dept of Defense. Although I dont have CF, I do have a similer breathing condition, known as Asthma. I know the two sicknesses are different, but for motivational and high spirets sack, I would love to hear any advice or tips you can share with me in getting a better PFT result? Like you said, Running BECAUSE my life depends on it, and apparently my future goals which I hold of the highest astem.

I sinserly remain yours
Christopher
hey ronnie, whats Glucosamine Chondroitin? and what do you take the flax and borage oils for? i take fish oil and prim rose oil to help with inflammation.

GC is for achy joints that result from running. I believe it helps with inflammation.

I've just always taken Omega 3 fatty acids and oils because I heard they do many good things for various organs in your body. I can't really point to a specific reason.

Why did you stop the nac and glutathione?

I had one doctor believe that glutathione could possibly increase my chance of hemoptysis.
