I've been following your blog a while and watching all your videos recently, so I'm glad to hear your run was successful :) having run a 10k recently myself, I can totally understand where you're coming from with your feelings towards running, but know equally how satisfying it is to be able to get strength and fitness up (pushing myself to the limit when I started lasted a whole 2 minutes).
I really hope the bleeding stays away and you can get as much running done as possible now. Glad you're feeling better! x

When you run does your head feel like its going to explode? Like you can feel it throbbing and get a headache? It happens to me, which makes me not want to run because it hurts so bad. Wondering if it is my CF? I haven't really looked into it wondering if you have any thoughts on it.
Good job on the RUN!!!
